b2care has partnered with Coles to deliver products that provide the great quality and the great value, with the variety of brands, suppliers and convenient delivery you only get from Coles

If you would like to enjoy the Coles range of ready meals, you will need to request this via your Care Provider.

The rule of thumb for ready meals under Home Care Packages plans, is your care provider covers the cost of the meal preparation and delivery (70%), leaving you (the participant) to pay the cost of the ingredient’s component (30%).
Once your service provider has approved b2care & Coles , you, a family member or your carer can simply log in and order your meals online via b2care.
Delivery is via the normal Coles home delivery service, which they provide Australia wide with 1,000’s of deliveries every day direct to your home!

How does it work?

b2care and Coles have selected an initial range of ready meals for your enjoyment, with the convenience of Coles home delivery direct to your door and the benefits of supermarket pricing!

Select from a range of over 100 different styles of main meals from brands such as Youfoodz, Lean Cuisine, Weight Watchers, Herbert Adams, McCains, Coles Kitchen, On the Menu and many others.

We also provide a range of Coles ready to eat fresh salads kits, frozen and chilled desserts and breakfast meals.

Our range with Coles is only just kicking off and as we build out the partnership, b2care will continue to add more and more of the Coles range, offering you a wider choice of meal styles and brands.

This means you can vary your meal plans as much as you like, enjoying different styles of meals from different quality brands, so you can maintain variety and enjoyment in your meal choices.

If for some reason, your meal choice from b2care is not available, we will advise you of this prior to confirming any order, so you can adjust your order. We will not substitute an alternative.

Ordering Meals

Once you have been registered by your provider to use Coles and b2care for ordering your meals under your care plan, you are ready to order.

Simply log in to b2care and use our shopping site to select your meals into your shopping cart, select your Coles online delivery slot and proceed to check out.

You can build favourite carts, meal plans, see all previous orders and have copies of your invoices available with the b2care portal.

When your order is confirmed and placed, it’s over to Coles to deliver your order to your home in your preferred delivery slot!

Paying for your Meals

When you log in b2care for the first time, you simply need to add a few details to your account profile, including your credit card details.

b2care uses a third party card payment provider, so we don’t hold any credit card details in our site, and you only need to enter these card details once.

When you place an order, your credit card is charged automatically and you are provided with an invoice for your 30% component of the total order, with the balance being charged and paid by your care provider under your HCP or NDIS plan arrangements.

Prior to your order being placed with Coles, your care provider may choose to see your orders to confirm you have available budget under your plan.

Delivery of Your Meals

Your meals are delivered by Coles home delivery service, meaning you get reliable deliveries direct to your door with lots of time slot choices to better meet your needs.

We are also working with Coles to bring you the option to do click and collect, where you, a family member or carer, can pick up your order from your local Coles store. So, bear with us while we finalise that!
