Ordering Meals
Once you have been registered to use b2care under your HCP or NDIS plan, you are ready to order your meals.
Simply log in to b2care, select the Efoodz tile from our meal providers, then use our shopping site to select your meals into your shopping cart and proceed to check out.
You can create favourite carts, see all previous orders and have copies of your invoices available with the b2care portal.
Once ordered, it’s over to Efoodz to deliver your order direct to your home, within 3 days of your order date.
Paying for your meals
When you log into b2care for the first time, you simply need to add a few details to your account profile, including your credit card details, or you can use BPAY.
Once your order has been placed, we will automatically charge your card or you will be requested to make payment, it is as simple as that!

Delivery Times
After selecting your meals and proceeding to checkout, you can select our Efoodz delivery day.
Efoodz has a $15 delivery fee for each order
Minimum Order
Our arrangement with Efoodz has a $150 minimum order for orders via b2care, which equals just $50 for your 30% co-payment.
Notifications
After you place your order with b2care, we will confirm that this has been placed with Efoodz.
If we are advised of any changes or updates to your order from Efoodz we will notify you of these.
If you have provided b2care with your mobile number, Efoodz will automatically send two SMS notifications - when your order has left their dispatch warehouse and once it been delivered.
