Depending on where you live, you will see different meals options, as Coles uses central delivery centres in Sydney and Melbourne for all home deliveries, were we offer over 400 meal options. While for areas outside Sydney and Melbourne we offer over 300 meal options to choose from, delivered from the Coles local store network.

Ordering Meals

Once you have been registered to use b2care under your HCP or NDIS plan, you are ready to order your meals.

Simply log in to b2care and use our shopping site to select your meals into your shopping cart and proceed to check out.

You can choose your preference on home delivery or click and collect, create favourite carts, see all previous orders and have copies of your invoices available with the b2care portal.

Once ordered, it’s over to Coles to deliver your order to your home in your preferred delivery slot or pick up via Click & Collect!

Paying for your meals

When you log into b2care for the first time, you simply need to add a few details to your account profile, including your credit card details, or you can use BPAY.

Once your order has been delivered, we will automatically charge your card or you will be requested to make payment, it is as simple as that!

Delivery of your meals

You have a choice in how you can get your meals!

Coles home delivery You get choice of a wide range of delivery slots available from Coles home delivery, direct from the b2care shopping cart. Note, we don’t use partner delivery, only the Coles trucks for your delivery

Coles Click & Collect Perfect for areas without home delivery. Clients love it because they can get out of the house, carers can pick up meals during visits, or family members can collect them when they're in town!

Delivery Works?

Delivery Times

After selecting your meals and proceeding to checkout, you’ll be offered a variety of Coles delivery windows, either home delivery or Click & Collect.

In the delivery section of the b2care shopping cart, choose your preferred delivery day (up to 12 days in advance), then pick one of the more than 10 home delivery or 3 Click and Collect time slots for that day, that best suits your schedule

Minimum Order

b2care has a $75 minimum order for orders via Coles, which equals just $22.50 for your 30% co-payment.

Notifications

After you place your order in b2care, we will confirm to you when your order has been accepted with Coles.

Any other changes to your order, you will hear from us.

If you have provided a mobile number, you should get home delivery notifications via SMS direct from Coles. Please note that SMS notifications are not available for Click & Collect orders.

Once your order has been delivered, Coles provides us with a list of delivered items and we generate your invoice, for those delivered items only. We charge your 30% of the order within 48 hours after your delivery.

Remote Deliveries

Coles can often do deliveries if you are a long way from a Coles store.

Cancellations or Modifications to Orders

If you need to cancel your order, contact Coles directly on 1800 455 400. You will need to quote your Coles order number, which you can find on the relevant order in your b2care account, or contact us.

Any orders cancelled after the cut-off time may incur a $30 cancellation fee.

You can modify orders 48 hours prior to your delivery day. Contact us to modify an order.
