b2care was launched in the care sector so care providers could reduce the cost to serve their customers and to operate more profitably.

We worked with care providers to finalise the functionality on top of our core b2b marketplace, that automates care providers pain points in delivering cost effective care management services under HCP plans (& soon for the NDIS).

We heard problems such as:

  • 10,000’s of invoices for manual entry;
  • late invoices needing to be carried over at month end;
  • finding relevant suppliers simply;
  • verifying service delivery & reducing fraudulent invoices;

We started with ready meals, fine tuning how co-payment orders are placed!
