NDIS Meals & Coles
b2care will be launching ready meals specifically for NDIS
e-Commerce has changed the way we buy, so why not how we buy under HCP care plans?
b2care brings the simplicity of e-commerce to care management search, ordering and payments, for ready meals for HCP clients, to maximise their care plans, while delivering care providers automated processes to improve profitability.
b2care was launched in the care sector so care providers could reduce the cost to serve their customers and to operate more profitably.
We worked with care providers to finalise the functionality on top of our core b2b marketplace, that automates care providers pain points in delivering cost effective care management services under HCP plans (& soon for the NDIS).
We heard problems such as:
- 10,000’s of invoices for manual entry;
- late invoices needing to be carried over at month end;
- finding relevant suppliers simply;
- verifying service delivery & reducing fraudulent invoices;
- visibility on supplier compliance;
- freeing up case managers time to be more effective in care provision; and
- costs associated with these inefficiencies eating into management fees and growth opportunities.
We are sure there are more!
So, we launched b2care, to automate the costly, repeatable and inefficient purchase to pay functions of delivering care, to leave more of your management fee on your bottom line!
We started with ready meals, fine tuning how co-payment orders are placed!
Now the new Support at Home Act is coming, and b2care will be ready to support care providers on 1 July 2025, to automate many of the new Support at Home requirements.
