Booking your delivery is easy. You decide when and where Coles delivers your meals in your b2care shopping cart. Coles takes care of the rest.
How Delivery Works
Delivery options
After selecting your meals and proceeding to checkout, you’ll be offered a variety of Coles delivery windows, either home delivery or Click & Collect. In the delivery section of the b2care shopping cart, choose your preferred delivery day (up to 7 days in advance), then pick one of the three available time slots for that day that best suits your schedule.
Note: Coles does not provide home delivery from every store, however Click & Collect will be available.
Delivery times and prices
All deliveries are free when over $99 in total order amount.
Other than that, delivery fees via b2care are a flat $8 per order

Coles advise trying to avoid Monday morning deliveries, as this is their peak time for business deliveries.
Notifications
Once your order has been packed, Coles will send us a list of out-of-stock items closer to the delivery time. For morning orders, there might be a delay in updating this as the order notifications from Coles come after business hours. Our team will get to it as soon as possible. Rest assured, you will not be charged for out-of-stock items. If you have provided a mobile number, you should get delivery notifications via SMS.
Remote Deliveries
Coles now offer remote delivery in most areas of Australia that are 100kms or more away from a Coles store. As b2care has your delivery address stored in our system and/or confirmed by your care provider, we will contact you on your first order. We will need to confirm the distributors/transport providers Coles currently work with, who deliver by road, air and barge to your location.
Fees will vary depending on your location and we will determine your distributors/transport provider at your first order. Your transport provider will charge you a fee for delivery and this cost is determined by them. Where possible, b2care will add these fees into future orders, otherwise you will need to pay the delivery fee separately and direct to your transport provider.
Coles will also charge you for boxing your order and taking it to a third party location.
Packing options
Your ready meals are packed in reusable paper bags, as you would see in any Coles supermarket, which costs $1.50 per order.
If you need to cancel your order, contact Coles directly on 1800 455 400. You will need to quote your Coles order number, which you can find on your invoice for the relevant order.
Any orders cancelled after the cut-off time may incur a $30 cancellation fee.
You are not able to modify any Coles orders via b2care, in the short term. Orders are small in nature and are easily confirmed in the b2care shopping cart prior to placing the order, so please look through your orders prior to finalising your shopping cart.
