Promotion - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

b2buy Pty Ltd (ABN 57 636 191 48), Level 6, 55 Chandos Street, St Leonards, NSW, 2065 (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion starts on 16 December 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility
  • Open to Australian residents aged 18+.
  • Customers ordering on behalf of an eligible NDIS or Support at Home participant may enter.
  • Employees of the Promoter and immediate family members are ineligible.
4. How to Enter
  • Eligible entrants receive entries into the draw based on the value of each order placed during the Promotion Period:
    • Spend $75+ → 1 entry
    • Spend $120+ → 2 entries
    • Spend $165+ → 3 entries
    • Spend $200+ → 4 entries
  • Entrants will receive additional 2 bonus entries for each valid referral made during the Promotion Period via the Promoter’s referral process.
  • Entries are automatic upon placing an order; no separate entry form is required.
  • Cancellation of an order voids the associated entries.
5. Prizes
  • 16 × $50 Coles vouchers (total value $800).
  • 1 × festive hamper valued at $200.
  • Total prize pool value: $1,000.
  • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
6. Draw Details
  • The draw will take place on 7 January 2026 at 12pm at Level 6, 55 Chandos Street, St Leonards, NSW.
  • Winners will be selected randomly.
7. Unclaimed Prizes

If a prize remains unclaimed after 3 months, a redraw will occur at the same location using the same method.

8. Verification

The Promoter may request proof of identity, residence, or order details for verification before awarding prizes.

9. General Conditions
  • The Promoter’s decisions are final.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or order failures.
  • If the promotion cannot run as planned (e.g., technical issues, fraud, external events), the Promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion.
10. Privacy

Personal information will be handled according to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://b2care.com.au/privacy_policy and will be used for administering the promotion and fulfilling rewards.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
